Passkey is an experimental music label and live event series I co-founded with longtime collaborator Adam Nickel, based between Vancouver and Montreal.

We handle everything ourselves — from release management and merch production to organizing shows and producing live events. As the main design director, I create all visual material for Passkey: posters, packaging, web and social content, and anything else that needs to look good and make sense. Every release, whether on cassette, CD, or vinyl, is treated as a full visual project, with branding that matches the tone of the music and the format it lives on.

We’ve also worked with platforms like Bandcamp and online radio stations like HKCR to get the music out there, while keeping things close to us. Passkey isn’t just a label, or what you would typically define as a ‘record label’, it’s a place for insane, different, challenging music to exist with the attention it needs, both in how it sounds and how it looks.
